SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (Colour): Clear amber, with reddish shades. Aroma: Lightly intense and persistent. Taste (mouth feel): Sweet taste and in some cases, with slight sour notes. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization, often starting at the bottom and rising in the form of a constellation.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Lavender honey produced by our bees from the flowers of wild lavender located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos. These natural parks are located in the province of Avila (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,700 to 2,190 meters.

Nuestra Miel de Lavanda Ecológica está elaborada por nuestras abejas procedentes de la flores de la lavanda silvestre del Parque Natural de la Sierra de Gredos situado en la provincia de Ávila (España), a una altitud de 1.700 a 2.190 metros. La miel ecológica de lavanda Bona Mel es de color ámbar claro con tonos rojizos, de aroma poco intenso y poco persiste, siendo en boca dulce y en algunos casos con ligeras notas ácidas. Realizamos su recolección en junio. El sistema de certificación de miel ecológica garantiza una calidad superior del producto no solo por el análisis del producto final, sino además por el cumplimiento de un manejo sustentable y natural.
