Description
The multi-floral, or poly-floral or wildflower honey is the type of honey that is produced when bees have pollinated in areas with different types of flowers, without dominating any of them. Our Organic Wildflower honey is a honey, produced by our bees with the nectar of several Mediterranean wild flowers and whose beehives are located in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and Safor in the province of Valencia, carrying out harvesting during the months of March and April. The Bona Mel organic wildflower honey has a light colour with reddish tones, a mild floral aroma and a sweet taste. An exquisite honey with all its intact properties due to the comprehensive care that we demand in Bona Mel, as organic beekeepers.
