Description

Bona Mel Organic Forest Honey is produced by our bees from oaks and holm oaks located in the Natural Park of Cebollera in Soria (Spain). It is not formed from the nectar of flowers, but from the secretions of the fruit of oaks, holm oaks, etc. Our organic forest honey is dark amber colour, floral-scented, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent, a sweet sensation in mouth, with clear salty notes and a presence of malted taste in the retro nasal area. We harvest it from beehives during the months of July and August.

Use not recommended for children under 1 year.
