INFORMATION Organic pollen produced by our bees originating from several wild flowers near the Mediterranean and the region of Leon, found in the Natural Parks “Sierra Mariola”, “La Safor” and “La Cebollera”. The natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor are located in the province of Alicante (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters. The Natural Park Sierra La Cebollera is at an altitude of between 1,500 to 2,000 meters, in the province of Soria.

Bona Mel Organic Pollen is produced by our bees from various Mediterranean and Leonese wildflowers found in the Natural Parks "Sierra Mariola" and "La Safor" located in the Valencian Community in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia (Spain) at an approximate altitude of 1,000 meters, and the "Sierra La Cebollera" Natural Park located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 meters. Our Organic Pollen has a yellowish color, with some purple and dark grains, a persistent floral aroma, and a sweet sensation with acidic tones. We harvest it during the months of June, July, August, and September.
