SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (colour): Medium clear reddish. Aroma: Slightly floral and not much persistent. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with no other contributions. Texture (Crystallization): Very fast crystallization in small to medium sized crystals.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Wildflower Honey prepared by our bees, originating from various Mediterranean wild flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor. These natural parks are located in the province of Alicante (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters.

La miel multifloral, polifloral o milfloral es el tipo de miel que se produce cuando las abejas han polinizado en campos con distintos tipos de flor, sin predominar ninguna de ellas. Nuestra miel de Mil Flores Ecológica es una miel, elaborada por nuestras abejas con el néctar de varias flores silvestres mediterráneas y cuyas colmenas están  situadas en los Parques Naturales de la “Sierra Mariola” y de la Safor, sitos en la Comunidad Valenciana, realizando su recolección los meses de marzo y abril.  La miel ecológica de Mil Flores Bona Mel tiene un color bastante claro con tonos rojizos, un aroma floral tenue y un gusto dulce. Una miel exquisita con todas sus propiedades intactas debido a los exhaustivos cuidados que nos exigimos en Bona Mel como apicultores ecológicos.
