PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Thyme Honey prepared by our bees, originating from Mediterranean thyme wild flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor and in the Natural Park of Sierra de la Cebollera. These natural parks are located in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters and the Natural Park of Sierra de la Cebollera located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Bona Mel Organic Thyme Honey is produced by our bees from Mediterranean wild thyme flowers found in the "Sierra Mariola" Natural Park, located in the province of Alicante (Spain) and in the region of La Safor, located in the province of Valencia (Spain), at an approximate altitude of 1,000 meters, and in the Sierra de la Cebollera Natural Park located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Our organic thyme honey has a medium-light reddish visual appearance, a floral aroma with a notable phenolic component, very intense and persistent, and in the mouth a sweet taste with clear acidic notes. The harvesting season is during the months of June and July.
Not recommended for children under 1 year of age.

Buenos días, he comprado una de tomillo que según la etiqueta es cruda, mi pregunta es, porque es líquida cuando otras veces la he comprado sólida, por ejemplo romero? Cruda no significa que no se ha calentado, por lo tanto tipo crema, es decir sólida?

Ninguna de nuestras mieles se calienta ni pasteuriza, pero es verdad que a las mieles les afecta la temperatura influyendo en su estado mas crustalizado o mas líquido.
