Nuestra jalea real ecológica tiene un suave color amarillo, de aroma intenso y viscosa con notas ácidas en boca.

La jalea real es una sustancia producida por las propias abejas, segregada por las glándulas hipofaríngeas de la cabeza de abejas obreras jóvenes, que mezcla con secreciones estomacales y que sirve de alimento a la abeja reina y las larvas de celdas reales que darán origen a una nueva reina y a todas las larvas durante los primeros tres días de vida. Lo ideal es ingerir la jalea real ecológica en ayunas, se puede diluir en agua, leche, o  zumos.
