SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (Colour): Very clear, almost transparent white. Aroma: Floral with camphorated tones, not very intense and of medium persistence. Taste (mouthfeel): sweet taste, with fruity notes and fatty sensation in palate. Texture (Crystallization): Fast crystallization in small sized crystals.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Rosemary Honey prepared by our bees, originating from Mediterranean rosemary flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor. These natural parks are located in the province of Alicante (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters.

La Miel de Romero Ecológica Bona Mel está elaborada por nuestras abejas procedente de la flor del romero mediterráneo que se encuentran en los Parques Naturales “Sierra Mariola” y “La Safor” sitos en la Comunidad Valenciana (España), donde tenemos abundantes colmenas para realizar nuestra labor de apicultores ecológicos. Nuestra miel de romero  ecológica  tiene un aspecto visual muy claro, Nuestra miel de romero ecológica tiene un color muy claro casi transparente, un aroma floral con tonos alcanforados, poco intenso y de persistencia media y un gusto en boca dulce, con notas afrutadas y sensación del paladar graso. En los meses de abril y mayo realizamos la recolección.
