SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (colour): Clear Aroma: Floral with an intense touch. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with a clear very strong sour component. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization in fine size crystals, unless it is rich in white wall rocket (Diplotaxis erucoides).
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Azahar honey produced by our bees from the organic orange fields located in the Natural Parks of the Sierra de Baza mountain range. These parks are located in the province of Granada (Spain)

La miel ecológica de Azahar Bona Mel es la que producen nuestras abejas cuando liban las flores de azahar de los campos de naranjos ecológicos situados en los Parques Naturales de la Sierra de Baza, provincia de Granada (España), donde están ubicadas nuestras colmenas. La recolección de la miel se realiza los meses de abril y mayo. La miel ecológica de Azahar Bona Mel tiene un aspecto claro, un aroma floral intenso y un gusto dulce con un componente ácido muy marcado. Esta deliciosa miel  conserva todas sus propiedades gracias al proceso totalmente natural que utilizamos como apicultores ecológicos certificados.
