Visual appearance (colour): Clear Aroma: Floral with an intense touch. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with a clear very strong sour component. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization in fine size crystals, unless it is rich in white wall rocket (Diplotaxis erucoides).

Bona Mel organic orange blossom honey is produced by our bees when they gather nectar from the orange blossoms in organic orange groves located in the Natural Parks of Sierra de Baza, in the province of Granada (Spain), where our hives are located. The honey is harvested during April and May. Bona Mel organic orange blossom honey has a light appearance, an intense floral aroma, and a sweet taste with a very pronounced sour component. This delicious honey preserves all its properties thanks to the completely natural process we use as certified organic beekeepers.
