PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Mountain honey produced by bees from the oaks, holm oaks and flowers from high mountain meadows that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These natural parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters altitude.

Bona Mel Organic Mountain Honey is made by our bees from the flowers of high mountain meadows and from the secretions of the fruit of the oak and holm oak trees located in the Cebollera Natural Park in Soria (Spain). Our organic forest honey is dark amber in colour, with a floral aroma, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent, a sweet sensation in the mouth with soft salty notes. It is harvested from the hives in July and August.
