Visual appearance (colour): Dark amber. Aroma: Floral, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent. Taste (mouth feel): sweet taste, with clear salty notes and presence of malted taste in the retronasal area. Texture (crystallization): Slow crystallization.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic forest honey made by bees from the oaks and holm oaks that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters.

La Miel de Bosque Ecológica Bona Mel está elaborada por nuestras abejas procedente de los robles y encinas que están situadas en el Parque Natural de la Cebollera en Soria (España), no es formada a partir del néctar de las flores sino a partir de las secreciones del fruto de los robles, encinas, etc. Nuestra miel de bosque ecológica es de color ámbar oscuro, con aroma floral, con un claro componente a cereal tostado (malteado), intenso y persistente, una sensación en boca dulce, con claras notas saladas y presencia en el retro nasal de malteado. La recolectamos de las colmenas en los meses de julio y agosto.
