Visual appearance (colour): Dark amber. Aroma: Floral, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent. Taste (mouth feel): sweet taste, with clear salty notes and presence of malted taste in the retronasal area. Texture (crystallization): Slow crystallization.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic forest honey made by bees from the oaks and holm oaks that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters.

Bona Mel Organic Forest Honey is produced by our bees from the oaks and holm oaks located in the Natural Park of La Cebollera in Soria (Spain). It is not formed from flower nectar but from the secretions of oak fruits, holm oaks, etc. Our organic forest honey is dark amber in color, with a floral aroma and a clear toasted cereal (malted) component that is intense and persistent. It has a sweet taste in the mouth, with clear salty notes and a malty presence in the retronasal area. We collect it from the hives during July and August.

Not recommended for children under 1 year of age.
