Bonamel organic eucalyptus honey is produced by our bees in organic beekeeping hives located at an altitude of approximately 1,000 metres in the eucalyptus forests of the Sierra del Norte Natural Park in Andalusia (Spain). Our organic eucalyptus honey has a medium-light reddish appearance, an intense aroma with notes of wood and vanilla, a sweet taste with a slight salty touch. It is harvested in June and July.
