SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (colour): Dark amber. Aroma: Floral scent with a final note of wood. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste with salty undertones; if heather appears, with a bitter touch or if blackberry appears in its composition, then acid. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic chestnut honey produced by our bees originating from the chestnut forests of the natural parks of northern Spain. These natural parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 to 2,200 meters.

Nuestra Miel de Castaño Ecológica está producida por nuestras abejas que liban en las flores de los castaños de los bosques de los Parques Naturales situados en la provincia de Castilla y León (España), ubicados a una altitud de 1.000 a 2.200 metros aproximados. La miel de castaño ecológica Bona Mel es de color ámbar oscuro, con aroma floral de marcado final a madera y una sensación en boca de sabor dulce con un trasfondo salado, con toques amargos si aparece brezo o ácidos si aparece zarza en sus composiciones. La recolectamos de nuestras colmenas en julio.
