SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Visual appearance (Colour): Amber with dark reddish tones and viscous consistency. Aroma: Intense and persistent aroma of autumn leaves, humus and mushrooms. Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet with a clear bitter component and salty notes. Texture (crystallization): Prone to a variable crystallization.
PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Heather Honey prepared by our bees, originating from heather of the Ericaceae family, situated near the Mediterranean Sea, in the natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor. It also comes from the Natural Park of Cebollera in the humid mountains of Northern Spain. The natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor are located in the province of Alicante (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters, while the Natural Park of Cebollera is located in the province of Soria at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 meters

La Miel de Brezo Ecológica Bona Mel está elaborada por nuestras abejas procedente del brezo de la familia Ericaceae que se encuentra en los Parques Naturales “Sierra Mariola” y “La Safor”, también procede del Parque Natural de la Cebollera en las húmedas montañas del norte, provincia de Soria (España). Nuestra Miel de Brezo Ecológica Bona Mel es de color ámbar con tonalidades rojizas oscuras y consistencia viscosa, de aroma intenso y persistente a hojas en otoño, humus y setas y con gusto dulce, pero a la vez con un componente amargo y notas saladas.
El brezo se encuentra en Europa, Asia y África del Norte y es conocido por sus flores rosadas o moradas que florecen en verano y otoño.
Uso no recomendado a menores de 1 año.
