PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Mountain honey produced by bees from the oaks, holm oaks and flowers from high mountain meadows that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These natural parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters altitude. HONEY HARVESTING PERIOD JAN FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JUL AUG SEP OCT NOV DEC
Bona Mel Organic Mountain Honey is made by our bees from the flowers of high mountain meadows and from the secretions of the fruit of the oak and holm oak trees located in the Cebollera Natural Park in Soria (Spain). Our organic forest honey is dark amber in colour, with a floral aroma, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent, a sweet sensation in the mouth with soft salty notes. It is harvested from the hives in July and August.
You can now buy our organic mountain honey and enjoy the intensity of its flavour.

Exquisita miel. Soy un consumidor habitual de mieles de procedencias como la montaña palentina, el bierzo y los bosques gallegos, y tengo que comentar que esta me ha encantado. Ademas de gustarme mucho su sabor, he descubierto una textura que no habia probado antes.
